What is a Client Profile?
The key to National Physician Staffing’s
success is finding out as much as we can about your
staff and facility ahead of time. The first step
in this process is to obtain a thorough client profile.
One of our experienced account managers will speak
with you to gather detailed information about the
size of your facility, number of ORs, current staffing
model, types of procedures, average caseload, etc.

When Does a
New Job Search Begin?

When you call National Physician Staffing
for coverage, you will be connected to an account
manager who will obtain your client profile. At
that time you will be faxed or emailed a contract
to review and sign. Your account manager will immediately
begin searching for the best candidates to fill
your needs.

Presented for Approval?

after the account manager has reviewed the job requirements
and qualified the candidate for the position. The
account manager will gather the necessary documentation
and submit it to the client.

What Happens
after a Candidate is Approved?
When a suitable candidate has been found, presented
and accepted you will be sent an Assignment Confirmation
to sign. The Assignment Confirmation pertains to
a specific assignment. It details the provider,
coverage dates, travel/lodging information, salary
and any other special needs for that assignment.
